Galluzzo Defense Fund
On Jan. 23 and Feb. 4, Federal Judge Michael Merz rendered decisions in the Galluzzo case which sought a determination as to the equal rights of fit parents in a divorce, a challenge to the Ohio custody statutes.
The decisions were against equal rights of divorcing parents. This decision will be appealed for the benefit of all parents and children.
The one problem we have is the depletion of monies in the Galluzzo Defense Fund. Financial help is seriously needed to defray future cost that will be associated with this challenge. Just a few dollars would be greatly appreciated!
